40 Million, We Did It Together

Thanks to you, we made the impossible possible. Together, we improved the lives of 40 million older adults. That’s 40 million people aging with dignity, purpose, and security—and your support made it possible.

Our Mission

Aging well is everyone's right.

NCOA delivers the resources, tools, best practices, and advocacy our nation needs to ensure that every person can age with health and financial security.

Our Work

For more than 75 years, NCOA has built bridges for change alongside generations of families, ensuring their economic, health, and social well-being.

Our Promise

We are working toward aging well for every person. Explore what we know, what we value, and what we will do to effect change.

An older woman named Pat, wearing glasses and a patterned blouse, stands at the forefront of a classroom setting with a smile. Behind her, several other older adults are seated at a long table, engaged in an activity involving colorful materials. The room has bright lighting and educational posters on the walls.
